The Pancake Princess...
I thought the character -the Pancake Princess- was funny and sassy!

Throughout the book she was very stubborn and refused to try any new foods they offered her. I also liked the illustrations in the book a lot! I thought they were very detailed.
The story had a great ending to it, the Pancake Princess gave something new a try and in the end she actually enjoyed it!
This tells us that we should all be willing to try something different for a change and maybe you just might like it just as the Pancake Princess liked her bologna sandwiches in the end :)
